Invite your team to collaborate in PromptAlpha. The number of available seats depends on your plan.

Inviting team members

  1. Navigate to Settings > Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
  4. Select their role
  5. They’ll receive an email invitation to join your workspace

Roles

RolePermissions
OwnerFull access including billing, team management, and workspace deletion
AdminFull access to all features except billing and workspace deletion
MemberView analytics, create content, manage prompts. Cannot change settings or manage team
Each workspace has exactly one owner. Ownership can be transferred in Settings > Team.

Removing team members

  1. Navigate to Settings > Team
  2. Find the team member you want to remove
  3. Click the menu icon and select Remove
Removed members immediately lose access to the workspace. Their generated content and configuration changes are preserved.
