Invite your team to collaborate in PromptAlpha. The number of available seats depends on your plan.
Inviting team members
- Navigate to Settings > Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
- Select their role
- They’ll receive an email invitation to join your workspace
Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|
| Owner | Full access including billing, team management, and workspace deletion |
| Admin | Full access to all features except billing and workspace deletion |
| Member | View analytics, create content, manage prompts. Cannot change settings or manage team |
Each workspace has exactly one owner. Ownership can be transferred in Settings > Team.
Removing team members
- Navigate to Settings > Team
- Find the team member you want to remove
- Click the menu icon and select Remove
Removed members immediately lose access to the workspace. Their generated content and configuration changes are preserved.
