# Team Management

> Add team members and manage roles in your workspace

Invite your team to collaborate in PromptAlpha. The number of available seats depends on your [plan](/docs/settings/billing-and-plans).

## Inviting team members

1. Navigate to **Settings > Team**
2. Click **Invite Member**
3. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
4. Select their role
5. They'll receive an email invitation to join your workspace

## Roles

| Role       | Permissions                                                                           |
| ---------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Owner**  | Full access including billing, team management, and workspace deletion                |
| **Admin**  | Full access to all features except billing and workspace deletion                     |
| **Member** | View analytics, create content, manage prompts. Cannot change settings or manage team |

<Info>Each workspace has exactly one owner. Ownership can be transferred in **Settings > Team**.</Info>

## Removing team members

1. Navigate to **Settings > Team**
2. Find the team member you want to remove
3. Click the menu icon and select **Remove**

Removed members immediately lose access to the workspace. Their generated content and configuration changes are preserved.

| Starter    | 2              |
| Growth     | 5              |
| Enterprise | Unlimited      |
