## What is Answer Engine Insights?

Answer Engine Insights is PromptAlpha's core monitoring module that tracks how AI search engines talk about your brand. As consumers increasingly turn to AI-powered search for recommendations, purchasing decisions, and research, your brand's presence in these responses directly impacts discovery and revenue.

Answer Engine Insights gives you a unified view of your brand's visibility, sentiment, citations, and competitive positioning across every major AI search engine — updated daily.

## Supported AI Engines

PromptAlpha monitors your brand across six major AI search platforms:

## Dashboard Overview

When you open **Answer Engine Insights**, your dashboard surfaces four key dimensions of your brand's AI presence:

* **Visibility Scores** — A 0-100 score measuring how often and how prominently AI engines mention your brand in response to relevant queries.
* **Citation Mapping** — A breakdown of which pages on your site (and competitors' sites) AI engines reference as sources in their responses.
* **Sentiment Analysis** — The tone of AI mentions categorized as positive, neutral, or negative, tracked over time.
* **Competitor Benchmarks** — Side-by-side comparisons of your brand's AI visibility against tracked competitors.

## How Data Is Collected

PromptAlpha collects AI search data through a systematic, automated process:
